PT DaimlerChrysler Distribution Indonesia is the main distributor of Mercedes-Benz in Indonesia, we are dealing with Sales, Marketing and After Sales. For our After Sales which is located in Ciputat, we have vacancy for the following position :

After Sales Marketing Manager
(Banten - Tangerang - Ciputat)

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities:

o To ensure profitable After-Sales business for all Mercedes-Benz products, passenger cars as well as commercial vehicles
o To perform operative planning and volume planning
o To perform strategic planning for After Sales Marketing activities, Marketing Communication and Parts Turnover
o To develop and execute Marketing campaigns in order to secure customer retention and to enhance After Sales business scope
o To prepare complete and continuous report measures concerning After Sales Parts business to the management both local and regional, based on reports from the dealers and market researches

Requirements:

You should be:

o Graduate from university majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Economic or other related major
o Having 5-year experience in the area of After Sales within automotive businees or similar position
o Excellence in product knowledge preferably Mercedes-Benz vehicles
o Fluent in English both written and spoken, ability in German would be appreciated
o Excellence in communication, leadership and marketing skills
