SMART Telecom is a cellular telecommunication network and service provider under SINARMAS GROUP, currently developing telecommunication technology with third-generation (3G) CDMA 2000 1X EVDO basis which has national coverage license.


Network Technology Assessment Manager


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Facilitate Network Technology assessment in business case development which include:

a. Deploying & coordinating network technology processes review and assessment

b. Setting target schedule and cost incurred for network technogy implementation road map

c. Describe the feasibility of the network technology solution

d. Assist in the post implementation review analysis to understand the quality of Network Technology Solution

e. Participate on terms and requirement for network technology review

2. Conduct Network technology risk assessment which will cover:

a. Managing all network technology risk assessment

b. Describe how network technology risk management will be structured and performed

c. Determine definition network technology risk probabiltiy and impact required for technology solution

d.Tracking identified risks in network technology, monitoring residual risks identifying new risks and evaluating their effectiveness through out network technology implementation road map

3. Provide Netwok technology Information distribution which will include:

a. Making needed network technology planning information available to stake holders within the organization in a timely a manner

b. Collecting and distributing network technology planning information. This includes data collection & distirbution, status reporting, progress measurement and forecasting in network technology areas

QUALIFICATION:

- Bachelor/ Master Degree in Telecomuniaction Engineering, Applied Science or Computer Science Management

- At least 7 years experience in Network Technology Assessment from telco operators/vendors/ consulting company

- Soild understanding and hands-on experience Telecommunication business and Engineering, business process, Quality of Service, Project Management, Computer Literate

- Demonstrated Leadership, Negotiation, Team-Work and Interpersonal Skills

- Proven Analytical and Excellent Communication in English both verbal and writing

- Must be highly organized, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks with ease and professionalism

- Ability to be proactive, prioritize and work under tight deadlines in a service oriented and sales driven environment. - Speed and accuracy are essential requirements for this position
