Bank Commonwealth
is looking for a young, dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated person to fill the following position for its expanding banking and IT operations;



1. BUSINESS SUPPORT TESTING ANALYST (Code:BSTA)


Key Responsibilities:


*Develop manual and automated test scripts to enable full life-cycle testing of all core banking modules.
*Assist in the development of automated test scripts for project based system and business process enhancements.
*Develop and implement testing solutions to enable performance testing (including stress , volume and load testing) to be undertaken on the core banking system and on its interface applications
*Execute and/or support UAT including preparation of test matrices, test plans, etc.
*Assist business in business analysis and reengineering processes.
*Provide input into system and process solutions.
*Ensure IT delivers business requirements.
*Assist in the review & documentation of procedures and processes.


Required Qualifications and Skills:

*Bachelor Degree in IT related field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, from a reputable university with IPK >= 3.00.
*Minimum of 2 years experience in an IT related area, with an IT coding/development background preferably with VBscript experience. Also background in banking desirable.
*Possess good analytical skills to understand business “End to End processes” with knowledge of the System Develop Life Cycle (SDLC).
*Proactive, full of initiative and able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment.
*High accuracy and excellent administration skills.
*Excellent PC literacy and proficient in written and spoken English.
*Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



2. CUSTOMER SERVICE (Code: CS)


Required Qualifications and Skills:

· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
· Having experience at least 1 (one) year as Customer Service in banking industry
· Have good product knowledge and understanding on daily banking operation/service practices
· Demonstrate high service orientation, good judgment and problem solving skills
· Excellent communication & presentation skills
· PC literate, Risk focus and attention to detail
· Well groomed and attractive personality
· Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English
· Will be placed at Kebon Jeruk Branch
