GA Staff (Purchasing / Office Management / Travel)
Qualification :

* Graduated from a reputable Business Administration, Management or any relevant studies (D3/S1)
* Possess min 2 year work experience as GA Staff in handling purchasing & inventory management or office management or trip arrangements
* Computer literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Excel, Outlook Express, etc)
* Sufficient English skill, both spoken and written
* Good negotiation skill and vendor management
* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Program Officer (SF - PO)

Qualification:


*Possess a degree in Master of Education, overseas graduated preferably
*Experience as school/course management minimum 4 years
*Knowledge and skill of handling education institution/school
*Knowledge and skill of project management
*Knowledge and skill of managing external relationship
*Possess reasonable knowledge in using relevant office applications such as Microsoft words, excel, power point, etc

Program Staff (SF - PS)

Qualification :


*Hold min S1 from any disciplines, preferably possesses a degree in Master of Education

Qualification:


* S1 any major, communication preferable
* At least 2 years working at NGO or working with NGO

Qualification:


* Maximum 35 years old

* Possess attractive and professional appearance as receptionist

Advertising & Branding Manager

Qualifications:


*Minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent
*Minimum 10 years experience in related position
*Knowledge of branding and marketing concepts
*Advertising experience both above the line and below the line
*IT literate
*Knowledge of campaigns and marketing tools
*Possess strong branding experience with a multi national organization
*Strong experience in communications and branding

Job Description


* Perform daily database maintenance
* Performance and statistic monitoring of database
* Perform database backup and recovery, both offline and online backup
* Implement, Monitor & Troubleshoot database replication
* Execute, monitor and continuously improve the backup and recovery procedure
* Develop small app or tools if needed.

Qualifications & Specifications

* Min D3 University graduate majoring in Information Technology or computer science
* Minimum 2 years experience in related position
* Familiar with Windows 2003 server ( must) and Linux OS ( a plus)
* Experience / know maintenance Database such SQL 2000/2005 (SQL Programming, administration, create procedure, view, etc ),MYSQL, MS ACCESS RDMS
* Ability to develop and maintenance application or tools using VB or B.net
* Experience using Borland Delphi (a plus)

Qualifications



* Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Admin or equivalent with major in Finance/Actuary/Mathematics/Database management etc.
* Minimum 5 years experience in related position
* Analysis and research skills, IT literate, strong communication skills, report writing, analytical, creative, process oriented
* Must have good knowledge and application of IT software especially database and report writers
* Possess strong analytical skills and ability to process data and covert the information into intelligence
* Strong communication skills and presentation skills
* Able to think creatively, laterally and out of the box
* Able to identify trends, hypotheses and models based on data
* Able to make data-driven decision to support marketing strategy
* Should have related experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Event Manager/Coordinator

Qualifications

* Minimum 3 years experience in related position

Qualifications



* Minimum Bachelor degree or diploma in journalism or English
