1. Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• As a representative of the company to involve in creating sales & marketing activities to achieve company goals and objectives.
• He/She should create, maintain and improve sales & marketing opportunity in specific industry assigned.
• Conduct sales activities and monitoring to meet the company’s sales target in direct solutions and service sales.
• Possesses sales experience in direct selling from mid to large enterprises on enterprise business solutions.
• Responsible for maintaining the current customer base as well as building a pipeline for new business generation.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder with 0 - 8 years of proven track record in IT Industry, focusing on mid-large enterprise customers
• Experience in enterprise solutions for different industries
• Results-oriented and self-driven with demonstrated success in the IT industry
• Good knowledge of market intelligence, research and business statistics
• Must be comfortable dealing with the “C” Levels of senior management within enterprises and have demonstrated the ability to develop solutions and drive revenue in complex account situations
• Strong listening skills so as to tailor presentations and proposals
• Consistently achieved no less than 100% of revenue target
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, negotiation, analytic and conflict management skills, with a high commitment to customer satisfaction
• Fluent in English
• Able to maintain and commit on a monthly and quarterly basis target

2. System Engineer & Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible to do implementation process and after sales support for all systems in data center (servers, storage, network devices, video conferences devices and Telco infrastructure)

Requirements:

• Graduates from diploma degree (D3): major in IT, Computing, Computer Sciences or related disciplines
• Having experience in Operating System Microsoft Product (Windows 2000/2003 Server, XP Pro, Vista)
• Proficient in Linux OS/UNIX (will be preferable)
• Having experience in Hardware Server (SUN, HP, IBM, DELL, others)
• Good communication skill
• Certificate will be preferable
• Honest, energetic, and working together with team
