Responsibilities:

* Deliver world class one-stop customer service via phone in a consistent and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

* Ensure our customers have a delightful experience when handling their enquiries, up-selling and cross-sell new products and services.

* Responsible to achieve the contact centre service standards, targets and productivity.

Requirements:

* Good communication skills especially in Bahasa Indonesia. Those who speak good English is an added advantage.

* Pleasant and positive personality.

* Good voice, clear pronunciation and good diction is important.

* Highly self-motivated in meeting targets set.

* Computer literate and able to work independently.
