Quality Control / Quality Assurance Engineers

Requirements:

* Degree / Masters
* Experience in Quality Control and tools such as ISO 9001, 5S, Kaizen, TQM, 6 Sigma, etc
* At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in Indonesia working for a Multi-National Corporation
* Familiar with Toyota production system concepts
* Having prior working experience in a Japanese company is an advantage
* Experience in capital equipment manufacturing environments highly preferred
* Good command in written/spoken English
* Innovative, resourceful and able to work independently
* Self motivated, strong initiative, and effective communication
* Able to converse in Japanese is an advantage
* Technical, detail-oriented problem solver
* Willingness and ability to work in a cross functional team environment
