1.SENIOR PUBLIC RELATION (FOR CORPORATE SECRETARY)

Qualifications:

1. Dynamic and energetic male/female
2. Minimum 2 years experience (preferably experiencing in prestigious company)
3. Minimum Bachelor Degree ( any kind of field )
4. Familiar with Computer Literate
5. Have a wide market view and good relation
6. Excellent in Indonesian and has a good command in English
7. Having a good personality and health
8. Having a good communication skill, networking and correspondent skill
9. Having knowledge about finance and accounting

2. Legal Officer

Job Specification:

- Male
- Min. Bachelor degree majoring law with min GPA >3,00
- 27-30 years old
- At least 2 years experiences as a corporate legal/corporate secretary
- Willing to be located in Cileungsi-Bogor
- Good knowledge in making contract between Company.
- Good knowledge in business correspondence.
- Fluent in English both oral & written.
- Excellent skills in computer and Microsoft office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Able to understand and manage litigation proceeding.
- Knowledge of organizational policies in legal affairs, especially in services
business law & Contract matters.
- Able to provide advice, assistance and support to the Management related to legal
matters.
- Have excellent knowledge of Indonesian laws.
- Having good interpretation and understanding legal techniques as well as legal
drafting.
- Strong litigation skills and how to solve the problem in litigation manner.
- Understand about business, labour, lease agreement according Indonesian.
