PT. Panasonic Gobel Indonesia as a joint venture sales company looking for a qualified person who has solid analytical and logical thinking with highly motivated and self started. You should be able to work in a team and work hard to adapt with highly dynamic and under pressure situation to fill the vacant positions of :

HRS Manager (HM)

Qualification:

*University graduated from any major, from reputable university with maximum 35 years old.

*You must have minimum 5 years professional experiences in human resources management with 2 years hands-on managerial experienced.

*Must thoroughly understand human resources management in sales and after sales service company.

*Must be able to analyze problems, utilize resources and improve employee productivity to enhance our market share and customer satisfaction.

*Strong leadership, analytical skill and people management especially in handling difficult people.

*Creative, energetic, team player, high motivated, detail oriented and well organized.

*Able to travel around Indonesia.

*Good interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English are a must.

*Computer literate is a must.
