Production Supervisor

Job Description
-Implementation the Performance People Management Appraisal & Competency
-Have experience to handle / organized 250 people
-Have a minimum of 3 years experience in sheet metal process (fabrication)


Qualifications :
*Have a minimum diploma or S1 degree in Mechanical Enginering or Industrial from a reputable university
*Has a basic understanding of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14000:9000
*Good command of English language (Spoken & Written)
*Computer literacy : Word, Excel, Microsoft. Project
*Strong communication, personal and inter personal skill
*Self motivated, high initiative and adaptability
*Able to work under pressure
*Having good knowledge regarding cutting / forming process & welding process
*Having good understanding regarding WPS & PQR
*Having good analytical thinking
*Having good knowledge regarding production performance report (key performance indicator)
