Our client is a technology company delivering product and services to telecommunication operators, government institutions and private companies in oil & gas and mining. A European Fortune 500 company, they have been in Indonesia for more than 20 years. Now they are looking for :

Human Resources Vice President

Acccountable for the whole function of HR; C&B, Training and Organization Development, Support Services, as well as Strategic HR Planning. In particular the candidate will be highly involved in HR Planning with Regional Office in maintaining talent, hi-potential, and competencies. He or she will also required to monitor hi-potentials in South East Asia Region for competency in technology sector.

The candidate will play a role as business partner of CEO and senior management. He or she will involve in developing functional organization and in monitoring its performances. Specifically, the candidate must have a business background in operation, marketing strategy, and business development to assist the seniors achieving corporate objectives.

Hiring new people with a short notice and managing outsourced functions is also the key performance achievements for HR.

Ideally the person should be in late 30’ or early 40’ with MBA or MM degree from respected institution. An experience in multi-national is a must, while background from other functions such as sales, operation, or finance, is an advantage. Travelling will occupy 20% to 40% of professional time.
