Our Client, a multinational company in commodity and agribusiness industry, in Indonesia is seeking for the following position :

HR Manager Plantation (HRM-Plant)

Qualification :

- Bachelor degree (S-1), any discipline
- Having + 5 years experience handling employee in plantation with minimum numbers of 1000 employees.
- Having good analytical thinking and adaptable to changes
- Able to work independently and also as a team.
- Able to communicate oral and written in English.
- Willing to be based in Kalimantan .
