Our client, a Regional State Owned Banking is currently invites executives to fill in vacant position of Branch Manager (Jakarta Office).

GENERAL DESCRIPTIONS:

The incumbent responsible for managing business goals and objectives of her Branch, identify and secure the needed resources to accomplish the
target. Responsibilities include directing and supervising all of her branch activities and to be fully accountable to the result.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Female, max 45 years old
• University graduate (min. S1) of any discipline
• At least 10 years experience in Banking with 3 years as Branch Manager
• Able to direct and motivate people toward goals
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication, and presentation skill • Good analytical thinking, planning and organizing
• Good financial analysis and understand with business law and Bank Indonesia’s regulations • Knowledge of sharia Banking product and its requirement
• Excellent English communication skill (both oral and written)
• Visionary, self motivated and possess extensive business network
