HR System Staff (Code : HR-system)

Responsible to :
Responsible to develop & write HR policies & procedures and handling daily HR personnel administration

Requirements :
*Degree in Economics / Psychology
*Experience min. 2 years in HR area preferable from banking industry
*Excellent knowledge of HR personnel administration, policies & procedures
*Excellent writing skills & able to create & develop HR processes, policies & procedures
*Fluent in both written and spoken English
*IT proficiency with experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point & Visio) applications
*Fast learner, hard worker and able to work under pressure
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
