DESKTOP SUPPORT

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

* Support the customer in term of desktop trouble shooting and installation
* Monitoring and update anti virus

QUALIFICATIONS :

* Have at least 1 year experience in related position (fresh gradutes are welcome to apply)
* Holding MCP 272 (supporting user and troubleshooting desktop application) or MCP 270 (Supporting user and troubleshooting desktop application) or CCNA certification
* Willing to be located in : Medan, Pakanbaru, Palembang, Denpasar, Balikpapan, Makassar, Semarang, Bandung, Surabaya and Jakarta
