We are an expanding fashion and jewerly retail company urgently looking for the following position:

HRD Manager

Key Responsibilities :
Implementing effective recruitment system and procedure;
Reviewing, establishing and formulating effective compensation and benefits policies & processes to attract and retain staff;
Analyzing current compensation and benefits competitiveness against trends and making recommendations for improvements;
Design and Implement performance evaluation program and merit system;
Implement training programs for relevant staff and maintain it’s record and administration;
Design, establish and maintain HR standard operation procedures;
Maintain understanding of the local employee laws,
Maintain relationship with HR community, manpower department, other related parties and aware of any change in manpower law and regulation as well as participating actively in special HR projects
Responsible to maintain centralized contract management and issuance of any new contracts;
Responsible for salaries and benefits payments;
Manage medical insurance and it’s administration;
Manage HR administration staff;
Handle any Human Resources issues and disputes within the organization

THE CANDIDATE :
*Bachelor Degree (S1), graduated in HR Management/ Psychology/ Law
*Reputable University degree with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4)
*Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must
*Prior experience in Retail business
*Able to work and communicate with multinational representatives
*Computer Literacy
*Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
*Strong sense of urgency, customer service focus, problem solving, flexibility, and self motivation.
*3 – 5 years working experience in similar position
*In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employment laws, and industrial relation. *Including recruitment, hiring, training, counseling, and manufacturing management
