HR GENERALIST

THIS POSITION IS UNDER 6 MONTHS CONTRACT BASIS

Objective:

* To refine the draft of company policy, in line with oil & gas industry practices. This include benefits proposals
* To prepare the draft of organization restructuring (grading structure)
* Propose the company policy draft in line with oil & gas industry practices and RGMI corporate policies
* Prepare C & B proposals such as shift schedule and benefits, location allowances, transportation
* Propose a grading proposals

Criteria:

* Willing to work under 6 months contract basis
* Has experience in HR generalist, especially under system and policy procedures
* Minimum 5 years experience with area expertise in developing company policy and organization restructuring
* Working background from oil & gas industry, would be highly advantage
* Understand Goverment rules and Manpower would be an advantage
* Able to write formal procedure in English and Indonesia
* Ability to meet deadlines and commitments
* Work independently
