CLIENT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise daily operation for the Client Management and ensure a smooth operation as per standard operation procedure

* Assisting DAMCO Ocean Freight Manager in the day to day management

* Define strategic plans for the Development of your specific area, and ensure that these are implemented

* Be an active member of the Management team as well as the Sales Team in Maersk Logistics Indonesia

* Regularly review and update this job description together with the Forwarding Manager of Maersk Logistics Indonesia

* Continue developing partnership relationships with key customers

* Manage and develop subordinates

* Increase and strengthen customers’ satisfaction

* Act as general back up for function of supervisor

Requirements:

* Having at least a bachelor degree

* At least 3-4 years proven track record in forwarding company

* Customer oriented and possess the ability of relationship building

* Excellent communication and people management skills

* High result oriented and problem solver type
