1. Manager Regional Collection - Consumer Finance Banking - JS0607CLR

Requirements:

2. Manager Quality Assurance
(Jakarta Raya - DKI Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible in performing regular quality checks against its standard / business target.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
* Applicants must be willing to work in DKI Jakarta.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Experience in conducting market research, preferably related to the Banking Industries. Previous working experience in Market Research Company would be an advantage.
* At least 2 years experience as an executive with a proven ability to provide customer focused solutions and operational efficiencies.
* Strong Database and MIS Management through 2 or 3 years practical experience/previous work experience in managing database and MIS related function

3. Manager Legal
(Jakarta Raya - DKI Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Provide legal options relating to the banking operations to ensure strategic and operational decision in accordance with relevant Indonesian laws and regulations.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
* Applicants must be willing to work in DKI Jakarta.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.

* At least 3 years experience as a Legal Officer in reputable banks or reputable law firms and 2 years experience as Legal Manager.
* Technical expertise in Indonesian jurisprudence commercial laws and banking regulations.
* Highly analytical reasoning, good problem solving, lateral thinking and high degree of familiarity with grasp of banking and regulatory compliance issues.
* Good negotiation skills, regulatory relationship skills and rapport with people.

4. AM Sales / Telesales
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Manage team and sales/telesales activities to achieve Cards/PIL sales target
* Recruit , develop, coach and motivate sales/telesales team
* Ensuring, controlling and monitoring sales activities
* Establish competitive scheme, motivational programs to induce performance

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the management and control of the Card Collection (bucket 1 to bucket 4), in order to maximise collections by controlling flow rates and minimize the delinquency of each cycle.
* Responsible for the management and control of Outsourced Field Collectors (pre-agency) and Pick Up Service Agencies by coordinating, controlling productivity, performance and quality.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.
* At least 2-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Have a strong leadership skill.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jabodetabek.
