Sales Manager

Job Requirements :
In conjunction with sales engineers from Regional & Head offices, the Sales Manager is responsible for the following:
Actively participate in the promotion of Harris Stratex products and services, contacting prospective customers, screening inquiries, interfacing with customer, preparing quotes and proposals, and following up ongoing projects.
Develop and implement the strategy and tactics to grow existing account and meet targets planed.
Work closely with current customers and prospects to meet desired sales and service needs
Identify and develop relationships to ensure a strategic partnership
Sell Harris Stratex product and service solutions.
Provide feedback to business & head office to correct and meet customer needs and requirement
Work with Harris Stratex cross functional teams to address customer requirements.
Forecast plan, budget and measure revenues by product and control expenses.
Stay in constant communication and contact.
Actively relay customer suggestion to Regional office regarding product / service modification
Ensure project & operational staff meets customer satisfaction requirements.
Establish and grow business relationships with key decision makers
Delivery of online sales presentations
Delivery of onsite sales presentations (travel required)
Preparation and delivery of quotes and proposals
Facilitate client setup and coordinate with support reps
Conducting equipment demonstrations / trials to prospective customers and ensuring demonstration equipment is of a high serviceable standard at all times.

Requirements :
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication/Electrical) or equivalent
At least 10 years of working experience in the telecommunication industry, with a excellent knowledge about Radio Transmission and related areas.
Proven success in developing sales plan, managing customer demands
Strong presentation skills
Ability to develop a strong working relationship with customers at mid to high levels of management hierarchy
Pre-established contacts of major accounts at various level
Exceptional communications knowledge and skills, Good English is a must
