HR & General Affair Supervisor
(Jakarta)

Qualification :

* Male below 30 years of age.
* Minimum D3 any discipline
* Good written and spoken English.
* Experience in building housekeeping, facilities maintenance and management at least for 3 years.
* Experience in handling Purchasing of office supplies or similar items would be an advantage.
* Having some exposures to factory Personnel activities would be desirable.
* Able to build good interpersonal relationship with various levels of staff and management.
* Able to manage and set up procedures for effective and efficient HR & GA operations.
* Perform Personnel administration activities (leave, Medical, data update)
* Prepared payroll data (attendance, overtime)
* Understand related man power regulations, including expatriate formalities.
* Must be able to work in target orientation and under-pressure
* Good responsibility, Highly motivated, able to work independently as well as in a team, well organized, and perform multi tasking skill
