Now in Batam, we are urgently looking for:

1. Host Engineer
(1 position-Batam Jobs)

Major Responsibilities:

* System administration, to handle host administration, implement tester software upgrade and ensure information security
* Test program management, to maintain test program library and back up and administrate program transfer routines
* Data base management, to administrate data insertion process, maintain transfer list and definition file, improve data accuracy

Requirements:

* Degree in Computer Science Engineering
* Based in Batam
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Good presentation skill
* Familiar with Unix OS

2. Senior Engineer
(Manufacturing Enginering)

Major Responsibilities

* Lead and manage cost reduction projects for DSO packages
* Project concept inception, planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting
* Lead cross-functional team for smooth project implementation
* Alignment of projects within several sites of the company

Requirements

* Good understanding in packaging materials such as molding compound, gold wire, aluminium wire, copper wire and leadframe
* Experience in IC packaging processes
* Knowledge in IC package qualification and reliability assessment
* Knowledge FMEA, DOE, SPC, Microsoft Project
* A Team player who enjoy working with different people
* Able to travel in short notice
* Good command of English
* Based in Batam
* Good presentation skill
* Bachelor degree in Electronic/electric Engineering, Material Engineering

3. Senior Engineer

Major Responsibilities

* Lead and manage new product introduction projects for DSO packages
* Project feasibility assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting
* Lead cross-functional team for smooth project implementation

Requirements

* Experience in IC packaging processes
* Knowledge in IC package qualification and reliability assessment
* Knowledge FMEA, DOE, SPC, Microsoft Project
* A Team player who enjoy working with different people
* Able to travel in short notice
* Good command of English
* Based in Batam
* Good presentation skill
* Bachelor in Electronics/ Electrics Engineering, Material Engineering

4. Quality Assurance Engineer
(1 person)

Major Responsibilities:

* Responsible on visual – mechanical quality engineering job scope
* Degree in engineering
* At least 2 (two) years experience as Quality Engineer
* Based in Batam
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Good presentation skill
* Expert on SPC, FMEA, 8D moderator
* Expert on ICs manufacturing process or at least at PCBA manufacturing is advantageous
