1. Branch Service Manager (BSM)
(Job Location: Bandung-Jawa barat)

Required Qualifications and Skills:

* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
* Having experience at least 2 (two) years of managerial role and 4 (four) years of banking operation experience, especially in the area of retail banking
* Have good knowledge and understanding on banking products, service , and general policies/procedures
* Familiar and still working at Bogor and Cirebon areas
* Demonstrate high service attitude with good judgment and problem solving skills
* Good people management and interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* PC literate, high integrity, Risk focus and attention to detail
* Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English
* Willing to be placed at Bogor & Cirebon Branch


2. Relationship Manager

Required Qualifications and Skills :

* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
* Having experience at least 3 (three) years experience as Marketing funding (Local or Foreign Bank)
* Familiar and still working at Kelapa Gading, Sunter or Pulo Gadung areas
* A self starter who is ambitious and a strongly motivated team player
* Excellent selling and networking skills
* Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* PC literate, high integrity, Risk focus and attention to detail
* Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English
* Willing to work or relocate in all branches

3. Personal Banker (PB)

Required Qualifications and Skills :

* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
* Having experience at least 1-2 years experience as Marketing funding in Local or Foreign Bank
* Proactive in seeking new business opportunities and follow up existing clients in order to increase sales revenue for the business
* Able to work effectively as in individual and also in a team environment
* A self starter who is ambitious and a strongly motivated team player
* Able to work under tight deadline
* Excellent selling and networking skills
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Willing to attend regular after officer hour events
* Proficiency in using Microsoft application is a must
* Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English
* Willing to work and relocate in all branches
