1. Logistic Manager (Serang Based)

This position will report to Plant Manager. The incumbent is responsible to:

Optimizing of material control and planning, logistic and procurement to ensure quality and quantity required at the best cost and delivery conditions.
Responsible for production planning and control as well as development of reliable suppliers


Requirements:

* University degree in any discipline, Supply Chain Management is preferable (with GPA above 2.75 )
* Minimum work experience 3 – 5 years as Logistic Manager from multinational or big group national company
* Shows good people skills, strong communication and negotiation skills
* Good command in English both verbal & written
* Computer literate
* Good analytical and problem solving skills


2. Plant HR Manager (Serang Based)

This position will report to HR Director. The incumbent is responsible to organize, implement and maintain HR Roles, policy, regulations and other HR roles, dealing with external challenges within specific local environment.

The qualifications are:

* University degree form reputable university from any major with minimum GPA 2.75
* Having 5-7 years experience in HR, and current role as HR Manager. Preferably posses mixed multinational experience and local company experience. Experienced in Manufacturing is a must
* Shows good people skills, strong communication and negotiation skills, matured for his/her age, understand how to approach and deals with local communities/government. A self driven person and result oriented
* Good command in English both verbal & written

3. Material Planning Manager

This position will report to Demand & Supply Planning Director.

The incumbent is responsible to:

* Ensures 100% material availability for all factories and monitoring the material supply schedule
* Monitor and reviewing supplier’s performance
* Maintaining MRP parameters and all static data (safety stock, lead time, min stock) for planning purpose
* Collaboration of upstream function (supply chain, purchasing, manufacturing, quality, finance, and marketing) over procurement parameters to identify all constraints in the search of global optimum

Requirements:

* University degree in Engineering, Math and Statistic, or Information System (preferable with GPA above 2.75)
* Minimum work experience 3 – 5 years as Manager in planning from multinational or big group national company
* Fully understanding the logic behind MRP calculation
* Working knowledge in SAP or SCM Planning software is a plus
* Good working knowledge of computer (Excel, Access, and Power Point)
* Good analytical and problem solving skills
