Our company Enable the firm to undertake complex project involving many facets of Telecommunication Computer and Control. Our service covers design, supply, installation, and maintenance of Telecommunication, Computer, Control products or systems.

As Project Director you will be responsible for the build, development and implementation of business projects.

The role will look at strategic changes in how the organisation will service its customers.

DIRECTOR PROJECT

Reporting to President Director, your responsibilities will include :

- Manage the entire project lifecycle from A-Z
- Manage implementations and build key relationships across the global teams
- Identify potential new projects and work with users to capture business level requirements
- Develop and deliver project, communication, and implementation strategies
- Assist with the development of Cost Benefit Analysis and business cases for recommended solutions
- Function as an agent of change

Requirements :

The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes :

- Minimum 5 years experience in project management
- Experience in management of business / process improvement initiatives
- Familiar with a broad range of project management knowledge and tools
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create co-operation networks across organizational boundaries and with vendors
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Flexible working style and results-oriented

Essential Experience :

- Business Analysis or Project Manager experience in matrix organizations, in particular, being involved or have led back/middle office projects (any industry);
- Able to communicate well with various stakeholders and translate their requirements into project documentation for use by Operations;
- Able to see linkages and impact to different functions and projects;
- Able to analyse and problem solve situations by looking at the issues, identify risks from a high level as well as detailed level;
- Good understanding of project management processes and how it links to the project objectives. [in other words, practical use of PM tools.
