Manager Branch Pinjaman HSBC - Medan
(Sumatera Utara - Medan)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for achieving branch targets, maintaning service quality, and managing day-to-day branch operations

Requirements:

* Hold minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree from reputable university
* Must have 5 years experience in leading sales teams in finance/banking, insurance or retail industry
* Must have commercial acumen, personal credibility and a marketing orientation
* Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
* Must have good people management and development skills
* Exposure to customer credit would be advantage
* Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
* Has a strong drive to succeed
* Proficiency in Microsoft office is required
* Willing to be stationed at Medan
