Senior Professional Leadership Training Officer (Senior PLTO)


Training Division as a part of HR & OD department within PT DXM, is playing very important roles to shape the future of our company by taking part in increasing the competence level of our top talents and prepare our human capital to win the challenging regional/global competition.

If you:

- Are expert in the training field such as training delivery, training evaluation, TNA and the design of training syllabus/curriculum, especially soft skills
- Hold a bachelor degree from a reputable university (any major), min gpa of 3
- Have worked as a senior trainer for the past 2 years and are used to leading a team of trainers
- Believe in growing people as one of your passion
- Have a "can do" attitude
- Always want to strive for excellence, act professionally and deal with care
- Have no issues with travelling and love public speaking

And you are:
- Not older than 30 years old
- Energetic, extrovert and assertive
- Open minded, willing to learn new things and getting along with new people easily
